• Before and after delivering orders, confirm their accuracy, verify charges, and ensure customer satisfaction. Keep communication channels open with the central dispatch unit to promptly receive any changes in delivery instructions or schedules.
• Obtain necessary payments and signatures from patrons and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Check the delivery vehicle regularly to sustain operational effectiveness and report any malfunctions or incidents to the management team.
• Maneuver through different routes throughout the city while observing and following all traffic laws and regulations accordingly.
• Preserve the confidentiality and safety of the delivered items.

Qualifications of Delivery Agent:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver. Valid professional driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with using GPS devices and local geographical knowledge for efficient navigation.
